Ukrainian Interior Minister, No Phosphorus bombs utilised Against Civilians

Ukrainian Interior Minister Arsen Avakov has declined reports that the country’s security forces have utilised phosphorus bombs in a very activity in japanese state.
Earlier reports aforementioned the bombs, that are prohibited by the Geneva Convention, were utilised against civilians within the village of Semyonovka close to Slavyansk.
